Regular Share / Savings Account

Your Share Savings account is opened when you join Wexford Community Credit Union and will establish your WCCU member number.  You are then eligible to enjoy all of the terrific credit union benefits offered to our members.

Savings Details
  • A $5.00 minimum share deposit is required and will remain in the regular Savings for as long as you are a member.
  • Dividend Rate: .05%* APY (Effective October 1,2024. INTEREST PAID QUARTERLY.) *The dividend rate and annual percentage yield (APY) on these variable rate accounts may change every quarter as determined by our Board of Directors.
  •  The National Credit Union Administration, a U.S. Government agency, federally insures your savings up to $250,000.
  • ESI provides an additional $750,000 in private share insurance.
  • Fees may reduce earnings.

Other Savings Account

Coins

We offer “Other Savings” Accounts, which may be used to save money for specific purposes.  All of these accounts may be assigned a nickname of your choosing.  For example, you may be saving for “College” or “Vacation”.  This will allow you to set and keep track of your savings goals individually.

Other Saving Account Details
  • Minimum balance to earn interest is $100.00. Interest is paid quarterly.
  • Dividend Rate: .05% APY (effective 1 October, 2024)
  • Cadillac Savings Account has a suffix of “006”
  • Mitchell Account has a suffix of “010”
  • Other Savings which holds a suffix of “003”.

You can have up to 6 sub-savings accounts, for a total of 10 possible suffixes for savings accounts.
